Newborn Photos

The moment I laid eyes on sweet Aria’s full head of fluffy hair I fell in LOVE! I captured Danielle + Jacob’s maternity photos this winter and was thrilled to finally meet her and document Aria’s newborn photos.

I also got to meet big fur baby sister, Cassie. She was a sweet girl and happily welcomed me into their home. We became best buds.

Partway through, Danielle + Jacob experienced their very first diaper blowout and we had to change outfits. It was definitely an explosive surprise, but left us all laughing and them grabbing for more wipes. It’s always good to have a backup outfit, folks!

The whole time we moved her around for photos, Aria was a sweet little angel. Such a happy and sleepy baby in a cozy house being serenaded by country music!

You’ll see that I captured Aria with a beautifully crafted green blanket that was made with love by her great grandma!!! Y’all know I love including sentimental items like this in my sessions.

Another really neat detail that I captured was the whole family on the steps outside their beautiful home. This is such a great idea because you never know if you may end up moving or if you change the look of your home later on. Documenting the outside of your home at the time of such an important milestone will always help you remember how things were.
